Other common problems

Step 1: Refresh the Page

Step 2: Check your Internet Connection

  • Make sure you are connected to WiFi or have strong cellular signal
  • If possible, move closer to your router
  • Try restarting your router if other websites aren’t loading

Step 3: Try a Different Device

  • If you're on a work computer → try your phone
  • If you're on an older tablet → try a newer device
  • If you're on a smart TV → try a phone or laptop instead

Step 4: Volume & Mute Check

  • Make sure your device volume is turned up
  • Check that the video player isn’t muted
  • Try playing another video on your device to confirm your device speakers are working
